"We were referred to Paul Howell’s office by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier. The first person who provided amazing service was Ashton. He signed us up for home, auto, and liability insurance and the rates are excellent. We also signed up for the Drive Safe & Save program and our auto insurance went down at renewal. We experienced a significant homeowner claim just two weeks after signing, and everyone at this office has been incredible. Tru was always helpful when calling in. Issac researched and answered several questions when I needed clarification, and Karissa is the customer service representative that helped us so much during the claim process. "I recently got hit by another car in a parking lot. I had backed out of my spot, turned, and was preparing to move forward when another car backing out hit the rear passenger quarterpanel of my car. It was clearly her fault, and I got her information. It turns out that we both have State Farm. I was near Paul Howell's office, where my policy lies, and immediately went over there. Karissa got me on the phone with the State Farm claims department, and I set up my claim. A couple of days later, the claims investigator got back with me and said they had ruled that we were 50/50 at fault. This was preposterous. She backed up into the side of me. She was clearly not watching behind her, and the investigator even admitted there was nothing I could have done to avoid the accident. I asked for a managerial review and then called Karissa to tell her about the determination. Karissa then reached out to State Farm and argued my case on my behalf, agreeing that it was clearly not my fault. A couple of days later, I get a notification that State Farm has reversed their ruling and the other driver is now 100% at fault. This was an example that insurance companies and insurance offices are not the same thing. A good office will look out for its clients' best interests. Karissa and Paul Howell's office did that for me. They did not automatically take State Farm's side, but they looked at the facts and fought for me. I am grateful for that, and I am sure that helped get the proper ruling. After this experience, I am wary of State Farm. I have my theories on why this was initially a 50/50 ruling. But I trust Paul Howell's office, Karissa, and everyone there, so I will keep my business there."

"Switched to State Farm a bit over 4 years ago for most all my insurance needs. i received an email from a competitor claiming i could be saving hundreds on car insurance…I called said competitor and then called Paul to save thousands… I have had many cars and a few houses insured with Paul’s State farm office and I have had a great experience with his office and staff. Anytime I have a question or purchase a new vehicle or home, I call Karissa and know she will have the answers and solutions. Karissa has been awesome…I can’t say enough about how quick she drops everything to be able to provide anything I need when I predictably wait until the last minute to deal with my favorite thing in life…Insurance.:) All joking aside, when you wake up in the middle of the night sweating and worrying/pontificating about if your paying too much for insurance and if you have the correct coverage/limits, do yourself a favor and call Paul’s office. Hopefully, you will be fortunate enough like me to have someone as quick and knowledgeable as Karissa to take care of you. Thank you State Farm team Paul’s office!"
