"While Paul is a solid 5 star, State Farm is a 0 star at best. While it’s spun as EVERY one’s costs are going up, but why should I pay more for a 2016 F150 today then I did in 2019 whe I purchased the car? BY A LARGE MARGIN. When I got the truck with full coverage I was paying $65 a month, now that car is $105… sure we pay 65 for a 50k vehicle and now that it’s 24k it’s 105? Make it make sense… My biggest heart ache, so my son was driving at night, in the freeway, and a vehicle sometime a head of him dropped a chair on then freeway, my soon ended up hitting the chair, as can be seen on dash cam, it came out of no where, no time to react, but because it was not “moving”, it was a stationary object, it was deemed an AT FAULT ACCIDENT, and I had to pay 500 deductible and now my insurance has raised on my vehicles, because of an object “chair” was in the middle of a DARK FREWAY, where ZERO LIGHTS ILLUMINATE THE ROAD, but he was AT FAULT for a unavoidable incident. Granted I have the video evidence, but State Farm couldn’t care less and now I pay the price for their policy of a stationary avoidable object. 100% if I didn’t feel this would effect Paul, I’d give State Farm an easy 0 stars. Don’t mistake my review as a real 5 star for state farm. They would rather pay celebrity’s to make ads then keep our costs down. Yea, we pay for their appearances and we are told it’s unavoidable that it’s going up? Thank you Paul for asking for this review, it reminds me how much I dislike star farm and will be putting my time into looking for another carrier. Sadly I’ve been with Paul for 10+ years, but my hope that in the next month or so, I’m with someone else. Sorry Paul, you are awesome, but I can’t watch these ads with celebrities and not realizing that my money is paying for this crap."
